Life is full of challenges and hardships. We all face difficult times at some point in our lives, and it can be overwhelming. During these tough times, it's important to lean on someone for support. For me, that person is my Jesus. He is my strength when I am weak, my truth when I am lost, and my peace when I am anxious. He helps me to see the light at the end of the tunnel and to keep going when I want to give up. I am so grateful for him and for his love during the good and difficult times.

Is there something in your life that is blocking the promises of God from comig into fruition? Recently, I was listening to a sermon. He spoke about how there are things in our lives that can block the promises of God from coming into fruition. He went on to say that we may unknowingly allow the enemy access to our lives by holding onto unforgiveness, unresolved anger, and unconfessed sin. As I reflected on his words, I realized that there were some areas in my life where I needed to do some "house cleaning." I am now more mindful of forgiving quickly, of resolving conflict in a Christ-like manner, and of confessing my sin and turning away from it. I want to always lean into whatever the Lord has for me, and I want to make sure that I am always allowing the Lord to work in full capacity in my life.

Many people today are looking for alternative ways to heal. They are exploring options outside of traditional medicine, and often times, these options are not based on faith. Without faith, we cannot please God. We must have faith that He is who He says He is and that He can do what He says He can do. When we don't have faith, we are relying on our own strength, and our hope is in ourselves instead of in God. This is a dangerous place to be because we will never be able to fully heal without Him. Join Tracy Brown Rd, LD/N as we dive into ALL the factors that are at play when it comes to healing. So many are turning to alternatives spiritual modalities that are not honoring the Lord and we dive into why they are so dangerous here.

As Christians, we believe that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. This means that we are called to steward our bodies well, as they are gifts from God. Unfortunately, many of us don't treat our bodies with the care and respect that they deserve. We may not get enough exercise, eat healthy foods, or get enough rest. As a result, we can end up feeling fatigued, sick, and stressed out. This not only impacts our physical health, but it can also impact our faith. When we are physically tired and run down, it can be difficult to find the strength and hope that we need to keep going. That's why it's so important to take care of our bodies. By doing things like exercising regularly, eating a balanced diet, and getting enough sleep, we can honor God by taking care of the bodies He has given us.

When Jen first started walking with the Lord, she had a lot of questions about faith. She knew that Jesus had died on the cross for her, but she struggled to understand what that meant for her life. Was she supposed to just accept everything that the Bible said without question? Was she supposed to be perfect? And if faith was so important, why did it seem like so many people were struggling?
As Jen continued to walk with the Lord, He began to challenge some of her beliefs. He showed her that faith wasn't about getting everything right all the time; it was about trusting Him, even when she didn't understand what He was doing. He also showed her that faith wasn't something that she could achieve on her own; it was a gift from Him. And finally, He showed her that faith wasn't just something that she needed in her own life; it was something that could give hope and strength to others as well. Today, Jen is still walking with the Lord, and she knows that He is using her story to encourage and challenge others in their faith. She is thankful for His faithfulness, and she knows that His strength is enough for all who trust in Him.
Jesus didn't die on the cross at cavalry so we could walk through life struggling. Join Jen as she walks through part of her story as the Lord starting challenging all her beliefs, and that he is still healing. Book a call with Jen.
Sara walked through cancer with more ease and grace than anyone I know. Surrendering every single step of the journey to Jesus and allowing Him to be her guide, and NOT listening to what the world says.
It's easy to feel like we're constantly at battle with our bodies. We fight to lose weight, stick to an exercise routine, get enough sleep, and manage stress. It can feel like we're never winning, and our bodies are always one step behind. But what if there was a way to give our bodies the upper hand? In this episode, we explore how learning to regulate our nervous system can have such a profound impact on our health. When we're in a state of balance, or what's known as "parasympathetic mode," our bodies have the ability to rest, digest, and heal. This is a state of being that's often associated with faith, strength, and hope. And it's something we can all aspire to achieve. So tune in and learn how you can start down the path to nervous system regulation today. Join us for the Healing Your Nervous System Virtual Class. www.exaltedhealth.com/events
When we think about freedom, we often think about the ability to do what we want, when we want. But true freedom is so much more than that. True freedom means being free from the past, from pain, from worry, and from fear. It means having faith in yourself and in the Lord. It means being strong enough to stand up for yourself and those you love. And it means having hope for the future. These are the things that truly mean having freedom in your body. And this is what the Lord has been teaching me through my own healing journey. I didn't even realize how deeply disconnected I was until the Lord started walking me through my own healing process. But as I began to put my faith in Him and His promises, I started to see real change in my life. I became stronger and more confident. And I began to hope for a future free from the pain of my past. If you're ready to start your own healing journey, then I encourage you to take that first step of faith and see what the Lord can do in your life. He has promised to lead us into all truth and He will never leave us or forsake us. So trust Him with your heart and watch as He sets you free.

"Hate" is a strong work. Maybe you'd get a pass for using it on an inanimate object. But have you ever considered how you speak to yourself of your own body? The power of life and death is in the tongue.
I witnessed Morgan be healed of her chronic health issues, I was ecstatic for her. I knew how much pain she was in on a daily basis. To see her finally freed from that burden was an incredible moment. At the same time, I also felt a pang of jealousy. I have also been struggling with chronic health issues for years, and I have not yet seen the same level of healing. It can be difficult to watch others receive the miracle you so desperately desire for yourself. However, I continue to cling to faith and know that one day I will also be healed. If you want to increase your faith for a miracle OR continue to build your faith while you are waiting on yours, this episode is for you.
I used to be one of those people who was always trying to lose weight, and I was never happy with my body. I would try one diet after another, and I was always left feeling disappointed and frustrated. A few years ago, I had a powerful revelation that changed everything. I realized that I had been speaking to myself in a way that was not honoring or respectful. I started to see my body the way that God made it, and I began to understand that He does not make mistakes. This new perspective allowed me to see my body as a gift from God, and I started to treat it with love and respect. As a result, I am now much healthier and happier. Season 2 of my podcast is live today, and if any part of this resonates with you I invite you to listen in. This season is all about faith, strength, and hope, and I believe that you will find it very inspiring.

We cannot curse our bodies and expect them to thrive. Learning to honor and take care of the temples that the Lord has given us is essential to thiriving in health. No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other, you will be devoted to and one and despise the other. Matthew 6:24

Faith, hope, and resilience in the face of cancer. I was just 20 years old when I was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of the disease. The prognosis was bleak, and I was told that I would not make it through treatment. But I refused to give up. With the support of my family and friends, I fought hard and eventually emerged victorious. But the experience changed me in ways that I could never have anticipated. It wasn't just the physical battle that took its toll; it was also the mental and emotional journey. In the years since my recovery, my faith has been strengthened and I know that the Lord saved me. I am also passionate about helping others who are facing similar challenges. Through my work, I hope to provide comfort, hope, and strength to those who need it most.
